Zilber buys out partner on six New Berlin industrial buildings

Zilber Property Group bought out its 50-50 partner to acquire full ownership of six New Berlin industrial buildings in a deal valued at $25.4 million.

The six buildings in the Towne Corporate Park of New Berlin have a combined 430,000 square feet and are fully occupied. Zilber Property Group had partnered with the Luterbach family of James Luterbach Construction Co. to develop them in the early 2000s.

Zilber Property Group, Milwaukee, on Monday announced that it bought out Luterbach’s 50 percent interest in the properties, and now has 100 percent ownership.
